History

Lisis Capital was founded in 2009 by professionals with a long track record in the financial industry and investment banking in companies such as Benito y Monjardín, Banco Espírito Santo de Inversion (BESI), Caixa Geral de Depósitos, Banco Popular, and Deutsche Bank.

Since its beginnings the focus has been in the development of Investment Banking operations (M&A, Corporate Finance), strategy and financial consulting (Raising Capital and Corporate Restructuring), while specializing in cross-border operations for medium and large companies in Spain, Portugal, the U.S, and Mexico.

The scope of Lisis Capital has grown and with the help of strategic alliances; Lisis Capital has completed transactions in 3 continents and more than 10 countries in which Lisis Capital offers all their comprehensive services.
